Announcement Regarding SMS Delivery to China Mobile Numbers and Signature Update

Dear MyCard Users,

In response to recent changes in SMS delivery policies in China, we will be commissioning Infobip Taiwan Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “SMS service provider”) to send SMS messages on our behalf to mobile numbers with the country code +86, corresponding to numbers issued in mainland China.

Effective immediately, all SMS notifications sent to Chinese numbers (+86) will begin with the【英富必信息】instead of【智冠】.

Example:

Before the change:【智冠】752746 is your MyCard member password reset verification code. To prevent fraud, please do not share this code with anyone.

After the change:【英富必信息】752746 is your MyCard member password reset verification code. To prevent fraud, please do not share this code with anyone.

This adjustment only affects the signature at the beginning of the SMS. The message content and your existing service rights remain unaffected.

【英富必信息】is the unified signature name for the SMS service provider. Any SMS messages bearing the same signature but unrelated to our services are not sent by us. If you receive suspicious messages or messages unrelated to our services, please refrain from click on any links or provide personal information to safeguard your rights and account security.
